RENTAL TERMS & AGREEMENT

Terms

• This is a RENTAL

• Make sure the house/location address is clearly visible, or give details.

• Please check the accuracy of the install date and spelling of recipient’s name (including punctuation) & delivery address before paying. You are responsible for any incorrect information so please inform us of any errors before paying so they can be corrected.

• Payment is due up front in order to secure your installation date & time. Signs will not be placed without payment.

• Delivery usually takes place between 7:30pm and 11pm (the day before) and will be picked up starting at 7:30pm (the day of) unless otherwise arranged. We do our best to work around your needs, to keep secret, parties, etc.

• You are responsible for making sure ground is soft. If you can not stick a #2 pencil in the ground, we can not place the sign, you will need to water.  Watering the day before is good, in excessive heat, watering multiple days is needed. If we cannot get the sign in the ground, we are not liable and do not give refunds.

• For the safety of everyone, especially children, please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the lawn display. Our signs will not support adults or children. The signs have sharp edges in which you could hurt yourself. Any missing or damaged signs will be billed to the person who ordered the display.

• Please keep pets away from signs. Pets can damage signs and you will be responsible for damaged signs. • Please make sure any pet waste is picked up in the area the sign will go.

• Please do not attach balloons, use any bubble machines, smoke machines, or chalk bombs around the signs. Replacement costs for any damaged or missing signs will be automatically billed to you.

• Please do not mow, weed-eat, or water when the signs are displayed. Damage to signs can happen due to flying debris from lawnmowers and string trimmers. If signs are in the way, let us know and will be happy to pick up early. There will be a $50 cleaning fee billed to person who ordered if mowing, weed-eating is done around signs and/or $15 per piece for damaged items that can not be reused.

• Joyful Yards, LLC has the right to refuse any deliveries due to weather (we do not place in extreme storms, winds over 20mph, snow over 6in, frozen ground, etc) and possibly high crime areas.

• Joyful Yards, LLC and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the set-up, removal and duration of any rental. 

• Joyful Yards, LLC will place a marketing sign and a brand marker with every sign. 

• We encourage you to pose next to the display, take pictures, and post on social media and tag @joyful yards.

Refund Policy

In the event you need to cancel, we will give you a full credit to be put towards a future sign as long as we are notified 48 hours prior. 

No refunds will be given in the event of the client giving us the wrong address, the homeowner requesting us to remove the lawn display, being denied access to a community, or any animals preventing the display from being set up.

Photo Release

By booking your sign & paying Joyful Yards, LLC, you are authorizing Joyful Yars to use photos of your setup in publications, including electronic publications, audiovisual presentations, promotional literature, social media, or advertising unless photo consent is specifically withdrawn in a written & hand-signed statement. You release Joyful Yards, LLC, from any & all liability which may arise from the use of such news media stories, promotional materials, written articles, videos, or photographs of your setup. 

Agreement

By booking and paying for your sign & paying Joyful Yards, LLC, you agree to all Terms and Conditions stated above.
