1. Does someone need to be home at the time of delivery?
No. If your sign is a surprise, it’s actually best if no one is home—but it’s not required.
2. Can I order a sign any day of the year?
Yes! We offer signs 365 days a year, based on availability and weather conditions.
3. Where do you deliver?
We proudly serve: Washington, Morton, East Peoria, Eureka, Metamora, Germantown Hills, and Peoria Heights.
We also offer delivery to extended areas* including: Mossville, Dunlap, Chillicothe, Peoria, Edwards, Bartonville, Creve Coeur, Pekin, North Pekin, Tremont, Mackinaw, Goodfield, and Roanoke.
*Additional delivery fee applies.
4. How much notice is needed to book a sign?
We recommend at least 3 weeks’ notice. However, we can sometimes accommodate requests with as little as 24 hours’ notice* if inventory allows. You will need to call, text or email to ask if we can accommodate late request.
*Orders placed within 36 hours are subject to a $25 rush fee.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card payments, venmo, cash
6. What is your refund policy?
Refunds are generally not provided. If you need to reschedule, we’re happy to work with you as long as we receive at least 3 days’ notice.
Refunds will not be issued for circumstances beyond our control, including:
Incorrect address provided
Restricted access (e.g., security gates)
No suitable grassy area for setup
Loose pets that prevent installation
In cases of extreme weather (severe thunderstorms, winds over 20 mph, or more than 6 inches of snow), we will reschedule your booking or provide a refund.
7. Do you set up in all weather conditions?
We install in rain, snow, or sunshine. However, we do not set up during severe weather, including thunderstorms, winds over 20 mph, or heavy snow (over 6 inches).
During dry summer months, the ground can become very hard. Customers are responsible for watering the lawn to ensure we can install the display.
8. How long are rentals?
All displays are a one-day rental. We install the evening before your event (starting at 7 PM) and pick up the evening of your event (after 7 PM).
Due to varying schedules, we’re unable to guarantee specific installation or pickup times. Additional days can be added for an extra fee.
