1.      Does someone need to be home at time of delivery?

No, If it is a surprise it is best no one is home but not required.


2.      Can I order a sign any day of the year?

We do signs 365 days a year, as long as we have availability and weather permits.


3.      Where do you deliver?

Serving Washington, Morton, East Peoria, Eureka, Metamora, Germantown Hills, Peoria Heights

  Also, serving an extended area* Mossville, Dunlap, Chillicothe, Peoria, Edwards, Bartonville, Creve Coeur, Pekin,            North Pekin, Tremont, Mackinaw, Goodfield and Roanoke  

  *fee applies


4.      How much notice is needed to have a sign set up?

Three plus weeks is always good, but as little as 24 hours* if signs are available. 

*Sign Request with 36 hours or less notice is an additional $10 rush fee.


5.      What are payment methods?

Credit Card


6.      What is the refund policy?

Refunds are generally not given, we will work with you to come up with a new date if request is made at least 3 days in advance. We do not make refunds for things beyond our control such as, being provided incorrect address, security guards that prevent the setup, lack of grassy area to set up, loose animals/dogs that prevent setup.

Should extreme weather prevent the setup, such as extreme thunderstorm, winds over 20mph, more then 6 inch of snow, we would make arrangements for another day or refund money.


7.      Do you set up in all weather?

We set up in rain, snow and sunshine. As long not a major thunderstorm(do not set up in winds over 20mph), more then 6 inch of snow. In the heat of summer ground does become hard, the person ordering is responsible for watering lawn and making sure we can put a sign in the ground.
